Managed business operations for a renowned seed company for over three and half decades, with leadership experience across India and international markets, including Thailand, China, Nepal, Kenya, and Bulgaria. Extensive experience in managing commercial seed production across India’s diverse agro-climatic zones, with expertise in Cucurbits, Solanaceae, Legumes (Fabaceae), Crucifers, Flowers, and Herbs, encompassing production planning, crop management, quality assurance, and successful execution of seed production programs.

Roles and Responsibility of the Directors

Lead international business development across Japan, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, the Netherlands, and the USA.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with global seed companies. Secure international seed production contracts for India.
Manage customer relationships and coordinate with overseas clients throughout project execution.
Represent the company at leading international seed industry events, including APSA, ISF, AFTA, and ASTA.
Visit global customer facilities to strengthen partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
Oversee export-import (EXIM) operations, logistics, documentation, and timely shipment execution.
Drive strategic growth by expanding the company's global presence and market reach.

Roles and Responsibility of the Directors

Lead end-to-end supply chain and stock seed planning & distribution.
Oversee cross-functional teams and operational activities.
Manage international customer visits and field inspection programs.
Coordinate QA and Seed Health Testing (SHT) sample management. Ensure quality assurance and compliance across seed production operations.
Build strong relationships with farmers and coordinate field activities.
Monitor payment follow-ups and customer account management.
Coordinate with technical experts, including Pathologists, Agronomists, and QA teams, for field inspections and technical support.
